Connecting to a Computer (1) I connected the P-touch to the computer using the enclosed USB cable as instructed by the driver setup, but the installation doesnot continue
Error Messages/LED Indications (6) "A compatible printer cannot be found" appears when I try to run the P-touch Library. When I try to use the database function, an application error occurs. I cannot open [Label format definitions] from the Printing Preferences in Windows 7. After clicking [Label format definitions]the error message "Administrator privileges are required in order to use this utility." is displayed. What can I do? My machine displays "CHECK SETTING IN LABEL TYPE MODE!" when I try to frame text? My machine displays "TEXT TOO LONG!" when I press the print key? Why does my machine display "CUTTER ERROR!" or "Cutter Pressed"?
Machine (8) How do I reset the machine to the default settings? I pressed the Code key but I did not get the Code function. The ink ribbon (black tape) got caught in between the tape layers and came out of the printer, and the tape cannot be used. The tape does not cut well. The tape got jammed in the printer or the tape got stuck inside the printer. When I press the cut button the label is cut off in the middle of the text. When I press the print key, the power turns off. Why doesn't my machine turn on when the Power key is pressed?
